Damage During Dispatch
If any breakage occurs to the frames or artwork during the dispatch process, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
Customers are requested to provide photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement process.
Hassle-Free Replacement
Once the damage is verified, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item(s) without requiring the return of the damaged product, ensuring a smooth and quick resolution.
Exclusions
Damage caused after delivery (e.g., during installation or mishandling) is not covered under this policy.
Note: Custom or made-to-order items may be subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
